The principle

Each franchisee runs a production site in their territory, with their own workshop and crew. The franchisee buys the equipment and materials, produces Thermobloc blocks, and sells them to customers in their region (contractors, homeowners).

What the franchisor receives

A royalty calculated on the franchisee's revenue, plus a contribution to a shared marketing fund.

Territory
