Thermobloc

A territory, an exclusive product, a network just getting started.

Thermobloc isn't a service franchise — it's a local production model: the franchisee manufactures the product in their own workshop and sells it to contractors and homeowners in their region.

You're not starting from zero. Behind Thermobloc is more than 50 years of family experience in concrete — the product, its production methods, and its measured performance (R26.3, STC 64, 4-hour fire resistance) are the result of that experience, not an idea built from nothing. What you're joining as a franchisee: a developed product, methods still being established, real technical expertise behind you, and a network being built with you rather than without you.

How the network works, plainly.

The principle

Each franchisee runs a production site in their territory, with their own workshop and crew. The franchisee buys the equipment and materials, produces Thermobloc blocks, and sells them to customers in their region (contractors, homeowners).

What the franchisor receives

A royalty calculated on the franchisee's revenue, plus a contribution to a shared marketing fund.

[EXACT ROYALTY RATES AND TERMS — covered in the info package sent on request, not published on this public page]

Territory

Each franchisee operates within a defined territory, so franchisees don't compete directly with each other.

You're not starting alone.

Initial training

On producing the block, the equipment, and the product's quality standards.

Operations support

Ongoing guidance from the franchisor on production and start-up questions.

Shared marketing fund

A portion of every franchisee's royalty goes back into a shared marketing fund, instead of each franchisee building awareness alone in their corner.

Shared digital tools

The network is building a common platform (production management, order tracking) designed for every franchisee rather than each one running their own system.

What we look for in a future franchisee.

  • The ability to run a small production operation (crew, equipment, output pace).
  • A genuine interest in the construction sector — direct construction experience is an asset, not a strict requirement.
  • The personal down payment needed to start (see the Investment page).
  • A willingness to follow the network's production standards rather than improvise a personal method.
