Collection of personal information
When you fill out a form on this site (quote request, franchise information package, architect request, general contractor request, developer request, or model home visit booking), we collect the information you voluntarily provide: name, email address, phone number, region or city, and details about your project or request (building type, company, project volume, availability, etc., depending on the form used). We also collect basic browsing data (pages visited, interactions with our ads) through cookies tied to our advertising campaigns, described in the Cookies section below.
Site forms
Information submitted through our forms is used solely to respond to your request: to contact you about a quote, a franchise information package, a professional collaboration, or a model home visit. It is stored in Airtable, a data management platform hosted outside Quebec (United States), and may be shared with our follow-up automation tool (Make) for email or SMS follow-up related to your request. We keep this information for as long as needed to process your request and any resulting business follow-up, and for a maximum of 24 months after our last exchange with you, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. We never sell your information to third parties.
Cookies
This site uses cookies tied to our Google Ads campaigns to measure the effectiveness of our advertising (for example, to know that a quote request came from an ad). These cookies do not, on their own, identify you personally. You can disable or manage them in your browser settings, or turn off personalized advertising directly in your Google account settings.
Access and correction rights
You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected if inaccurate, or to request its deletion. To exercise this right, email us at info@structurethermobloc.com. We will respond to your request within 30 days.
